Today was the day that time slowed down for me. It just took me what felt like an hour to change my friend’s tire. She entertained me by telling me the ins and outs of laser surgery in case I do decide to go that route, but I could have sworn I was there for a lot longer than I was. Maybe less than a half an hour. It was the weirdest thing all day. At work, after watching the floor for one hour, I was so run down and tired I felt as if I was standing for three. I think it being busy might have had something to do with it. But I am not sure what happened this morning on the way to work. It took me the same amount of time to get there as it always does, but it just seemed like it was taking an extra long amount of time. Maybe I am just now getting used to the time change, I do not know. I just hope I am not so drained for the rest of the week or it is going to be a long couple of days and probably even longer nights.
