My Aunt Elizabeth came over last night to ask my dad a bunch of questions about our new alarm system. She wanted to know why he chose the company that he did, and why a wireless alarm? It was mostly questions that were above my head, and that I was not able to help her with at all when she had called and asked me earlier in the day. That is why I had told her to come ask my dad those questions that night. It was nice to see her nevertheless, because she works so often, that I do not usually get to see her that much. Usually it is only during the holidays and family events that I get a chance to see her. She is my dad’s younger sister by a good amount, and I am almost closer in age to her than she is to my dad. Because we are so close in age, we have always had a really close relationship. She was the person I could talk to about things that I was not comfortable talking to my parents about. It was really nice having her when I was growing up. That is why it was so nice for her to be able to come by the house last night and hang out for a bit once she was done interrogating my dad about wireless alarm systems.
