I sure do have a lot of debts. Then again, doesn’t everybody nowadays? We live in a country that has more debt than can be backed up with currency. There are the gas bills, the electricity bills, the water bills, the heating bills, and all of the bills in between. Maybe declaring bankruptcy really would be a good idea right about now. I think that I will call my lawyer tomorrow and see if he thinks that declaring bankruptcy would be a good thing for me to do considering my current financial situation. It’s probably better to this early in the game, before I have a family to worry about. Declaring bankruptcy when you have other people to worry about can make things a lot more complicated. I don’t know much about declaring bankruptcy since I have never had to do it before. I wonder if the state will issue me a free lawyer if I am declaring bankruptcy or if I have to pay for one even though I am declaring bankruptcy. I do believe that everyone is entitled to one relatively consequence-free declaration of bankruptcy. This has to mean that I would not have to pay for my lawyer since that would only make the problem worse.
