While we were going to yard sales, my aunt and I had quite a day of it. She is in her element out there. She loves to try to get a good bargain and will go back and forth with some of the people who are selling their wares at these yard sales. She says a lot of times they will come way down in the price and if she walks away from something she really wants, she will try and go back to see if it is still there later in the day. Sometimes it will be and she can get her price. We are on a mission to create extra storage in one of the bedrooms. It’s pretty easy finding organizers for what she wants to do in that bedroom closet. Since the ceiling is so high in there, she wants to be able to add storage above each of the long shelves that runs along each wall in the closet. I can’t wait to see what she will do with the stuff we found at the yard sales. I now believe that one man’s trash is another man’s treasure, or woman’s in the case of my Aunt.
